Oona Insurance, a startup aiming to modernize a traditional industry, sought to establish a digital journey from the ground up for their general insurance offerings. With the ambitious objective to create a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) general insurance platform for both Indonesia and the Philippines, as well as a dedicated agent management platform, Oona needed a robust digital solution delivered within a 9-month timeframe.
Our team at Avyan Global partnered closely with Oona Insurance to bring their vision to life. We launched myoona.ph and myoona.id, overseeing each stage from design through deployment. Our focus was on delivering a superior digital experience that encapsulates Oona’s commitment to customer care and innovation. Adobe Experience Manager was chosen as the foundational platform, enabling us to build a flexible, user-centered solution.
For the Agent Platform, despite constraints necessitating alignment with an off-the-shelf platform for B2B needs, Avyan developed a comprehensive design system and component library. This ensured a cohesive look and feel across the agent platform, enhancing consistency and usability.
On the D2C side, Avyan launched a consumer-facing platform within six months, covering all general insurance products. This platform enables customers to seamlessly explore, manage, and address their insurance needs in one streamlined, hassle-free environment.
