The iNova Global team supervises digital performance across its markets. Since each market has its own campaigns, with its own agency partners and promotes varying products given market nuances, tracking performance and standardising reports received has become a challenge.
The objective is to develop a digital cockpit that shows the performance of paid media with three levels of view for the CXOs, marketing team and local agency partners for 3 product verticals across all APAC markets. This dashboard aims to provide relevant metrics and insights for ongoing campaign optimisation, providing feedback loop for the next campaign and real time performance summary of paid media in a country or a product vertical across countries.
Avyan formulated business questions relevant to each stakeholder type. Metrics, KPIs and corresponding chart types were then determined based on which can best address and capture performance in line with identified business questions. A wireframe of the digital dashboard was then developed. Detailed documentation was issued to each market with guidance on how to set up the dashboard and localize for their respective markets. Avyan then developed the dashboard using a middleware to connect various data sources to Looker Studio.
This performance dashboard has been successfully rolled out in 4 markets (Philippines, Thailand, GCC, and Indonesia). The implementation of the digital performance dashboard led to increased data accessibility and real-time insights, enabling teams to make informed decisions faster.
